Most of the information in this book is very helpful and practical, but a few things are not as helpful. Everything, in my opinion, in the "keeping cool", the "using logic" and the "things they never taught you in school" chapters are all helpful and the information is good and reliable. But I feel like the scenarios that are about emotional problems rather than the physical problems (example: emotional problem- what to do when your best friend is moving away vs. physical problem- what to do if a mean dog is chasing you) aren't helpful. The ones that are more emotional rely more on common sense and what you feel you should do and not on facts and such. Overall, I liked this book because most of it is reliable and helpful. I just don't think that some sections are as helpful as the rest of the book.
