Riding Freedom
This is an amazing book, written by Pam Munoz Ryan, who is an amazing author. This is the story of Charlotte Parkhurst. When she was two, her parents died and she was sent to an orphanage. She is mistreated there so she runs away. Charlotte loves to ride horses so she gets a job at a stable, disguised as a boy. This story is based on real events, so it is considered historical fiction. This is a great book and I highly recommend it.
