SPOILER ALERT!

The Sight

The Sight - Erin Hunter Note: this review is for the whole Warriors; Power of Three series

I read the original Warriors and Warriors; the New Prophecy series and was expecting this one to be just as good. I was sadly disillusioned. This series SUCKED!!! I absolutely hated it. The only reason I did not give it only one star was because it ended on a cliffhanger and I hoped that maybe, the next series would be good. First, I hated the fact that the whole story alluded to something more powerful than Starclan. Starclan is like the God of the clans, and there is nothing more powerful than God. The characters in this series were not very relatable. The fact that Hollypaw was so obsessed with the warrior code annoyed me for some reason, Jaypaw was annoying because he would complain about how everyone treats him like a baby, when he was acting like one, and the fact that Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw were not their real parents enraged me. It appears that the author(s) (for those of you who don’t know, Erin Hunter is a pseudonym name for a group of writers) had writers block, and then just decided to go in a new radical direction with the story. As much as I hated this series, I read the next series, Omen of the Stars. That series was a little better (see my review for more details)
