The Sign of the Twisted Candles - Carolyn Keene, Walter Karig This was a good one. The mystery was interesting, and the surprise at the end about Carol's identity came as a shock. I wasn't expecting it. The only thing I have to complain about (not about this book in particular but in the Nancy Drew mysteries in general) is the fact that none of them are murder mysteries. The author could have made this one a murder mystery when

Asa Sidney died, the author could have made to be someone killed him. But the author didn't. Oh well. But this still was a good, easy read. Nancy Drew does it again!
